While instructing her juniors at Chidori Shrine, Maika is summoned by her instructor and told about a certain matter.

The matter is that the giant centipede, which was supposedly defeated by other exorcist priestesses in the past, has been resurrected stronger than before, and she is asked to go to Mitsuzuri Shrine, the location, to investigate. In order to find the cause of the bizarre phenomenon that is normally unthinkable, Maika arrives at Mitsuzuri Shrine and begins her investigation of the giant centipede.
