Main story:

Hamura Ryouta is a pervert imagining himself as a hero to whom all women should belong. One day, he obtains a hypno-gun, and thus can finally try to get women.

Side story: Nikaidou Sayaka and her partner, Shigiyama Runa are women detectives specializing in crimes related to hypnosis. When their path will cross the one of Hamura, their life will definitely change.
