When our protagonist failed his most recent exam he was forced to get a tutor by his parents. This tutor ends up being a young girl in a sailor uniform. She is apparently a genius who got herself into a prestigious school. He has no choice but to go along with the tutoring.

He eventually falls in love with his tutor... He will work hard on both his love and exams.
