Kota Mutou lost his life saving an old man who was almost hit by a car. After saving the life of an old man who should have died, he was reincarnated into another world by a goddess. As a brave warrior, he is given the divine weapon, Narukami, and proceeds through the great labyrinth. He has two companions, the priestess Meir and the wizard Cardin, and his journey through the labyrinth is going well.

But one day, Cardin stabs Gongta to death in order to take away his reputation as a brave warrior, and makes Meir take the blame for the stabbing. Kota's soul, which had fallen in the midst of his ambition, was held together by a man named Logi. Kota, learns of Meir's execution and decides to take revenge on Cardin.

Due to Logi's ability, Kota is now able to interfere with Cardin's body. He manipulates Cardin's body to destroy Cardin's quest for fame as a hero.
