Star Rain, an entertainment agency, is a small agency with only a few talents. Its existence depends on the power of Shō Manō, the skilled son of a major record company president.

Hayato Meotome, a rookie idol produced and managed by Manō, is a talented star candidate, the agency's long-awaited hope, and is becoming a popular idol.

Because it's a small agency, romantic relationships are forbidden. However, Hayato was dating Yōta Futō, a new employee at the agency. Yōta got the job through Hayato's connections and now spends his days being used by Manō.

Their love, which began during their student days, is a secret that must remain hidden from everyone. They can't go public, and dates are difficult, but they were nonetheless happy.

One day, however, a video was spread online, starting from an obscure internet bulletin board. The content of the video was: "Manager and popular idol dating?" It was a video showing Manō and Hayato, his beloved, leaving a love hotel.
