The nightmarish hospital stay is almost over. Before Yamada can even feel relieved, the last nurses in charge appear before him. It was a duo: the gigantic, athletic nurse, Otsuka-chan, and Dr. Amamiya, a female doctor and noisy mad scientist. Otsuka-chan faithfully performs the semen extraction procedure and sample collection on Yamada under Dr. Amamiya's orders. However, Otsuka-chan, lacking experience, is unable to collect the sperm successfully, and Dr. Amamiya, losing patience, extracts Yamada's semen using her own secret technique. As a result of the sample analysis, Dr. Amamiya is thrilled by the discovery of an unprecedented rare disease and takes Yamada to the laboratory with Otsuka-chan, plotting to collect even more sperm samples...!
